I conducted competitor analysis to understand best practices in digital company registration platforms, with Firstbase being the primary source of inspiration. This research helped uncover how other platforms guided users through entity selection, document submission, and compliance tracking. Mapping out the entire registration process also provided insight into user pain points, helping shape a more guided and structured flow.
